The Search Console platform provides the following testing tools:

  • URL checking tool. It allows you to check the page comprehensively, that is, to get information about indexing, crawling, AMP features, structured data, and mobile browsing experience. You can use this tool to comprehensively debug both the indexed version and the currently published version of the page. Problems of all types will be identified. Only resource owners have access to the tool.
  • AMP page validation tool. It lets you know if a page meets Google’s requirements for AMP documents. Only the version of the page published on the site is checked, there is no information about the indexed version. You don’t need to be a site owner or sign in to access the tool.
  • Mobile Optimization Checker. With it, you can find out if the page has problems that prevent it from being viewed on mobile devices. Only the version of the page published on the site is checked, there is no information about the indexed version. You don’t need to be a site owner or sign in to access the tool.
  • Rich results checker tool. It lets you know if Google can process structured data on a page to display rich search results. Only the version of the page published on the site is checked, there is no information about the indexed version. You don’t need to be a site owner or sign in to access the tool.
  • Robots.txt file inspection tool. It allows you to check if your robots.txt file is valid and find out if a particular rule from this file applies to a specific URL. Only resource owners have access to the tool.
