Шаблоны писем

Сообщения в социальных сетях должны быть максимально короткими и построены в виде диалога, с ожиданием ответа другой стороны до того как отправлять следующее сообщение. 

1. Linkedin. Первое сообщение при коннекте (мы предоставляем вам несколько вариантов шаблонов для первого коннекта с лидом на LinkedIn):

Hello %Name%,

После того как человек принял ваш коннект, мы сможем писать ему сообщения без ограничений.
Если человек просто подтвердил ваш коннект но ничего не ответил, мы пишем ему еще раз, дабы уточнить интересны ли ему наши услуги. 

2. Второе сообщение после коннекта:                              

Thanks for adding me! 
We feel that the market is starting to work, and you? Are you interested in our services?

Thanks for connection. We provide foreign companies with help in such spheres as lead generation, content management, design, video editing, SEO, PPC etc. What service might be relevant to you?

Thank you for the answer. May I get more information about your business and purposes so to understand what sphere are you engaged in?

Thank you for connection. Please tell us a few words about your business to understand your needs better. If you can share your email I send you the presentation about us.

As I see your company is engaged in … смотреть на сайте(marketing sphere). We can offer you help in such fields like lead generation, SEO, PPC, content management. Or might you need any changes in design or technical part? This also might be a point for cooperation.

3. Сообщение по специальностям:

Candidates we offer you to hire can work in the following positions: Lead Generation Managers,Customer Support, Personal Assistants, Social Media Managers, Content creators, Designers, Video Editors, Media Buyers, PPC, SEO etc. Can we set a call to see if we can find a fit for you?

Следующее сообщение может использоваться в случаях, когда человек спрашивает про частичную занятость или о конкретном заказе. Например заказчик интересуется не могли бы мы сделать для него сайт?

“To keep price advantages comparing to freelancers that charge minimum 15€ per hour, our maximum cost is 7,5€ per hour. But there should be enough work for a full time – it is 160 hours a month, 5 days a week,  8 hours a day. So the final prices are 1200€ for designers, 1200€ for marketers and 1000€ for managers per month. Can we set a call to discuss all the details?”

4. How much experience do they have? Can you send me some CVs?

“Most of our employees have a good knowledge of English, worked a while in digital marketing, but still there should be a team lead from your side to run training. Each company has its own specifics and employees need time to get into things.”

5. Where are your offices located?

Если ответ отрицательный (по типу “not interested” или “ Now I don’t need your services”) то ответ должен быть таким:

“Thank you for the reply. May I send you our presentation and prices in case you will need our services in the future?”

Отправляете, а потом уточняете у клиента получил ли он ваше письмо, есть ли какие-то вопросы. Нужно отправлять письма всегда, после того как клиент дал вам свою почту, так он не потеряет наши контакты и сможет обратиться в нужный момент.
И конечно же, не забудьте поставить в календаре ивент на FollowUp, чтобы не потерять контакт, а связаться с ним в будущем +статус FollowUp и дату в CRM.

Ваша цель: назначить звонок с потенциально заинтересованным человеком, так что умейте слушать что вам говорят и отвечать по делу. Звонок может проходить в Skype, HangOuts, Zoom, WhatsApp.
Для того, чтобы назначить звонок, вам нужен email клиента(чтобы отправить ему приглашение в календаре) или его Skype ID/ WhatsApp для связи с ним (также рассматриваем HangOuts и Zoom для проведения звонка – ссылка на них формируется уже в самом ивенте в календаре при создании).

Если человек заинтересован назначить звонок, то надо уточнить у него:

• время, когда ему будет удобно созвониться
• часовую зону или город в котором он находится
• почту, куда отправить приглашение на звонок
• где ему удобней было бы созвониться: скайп, вотсап, хэнгаут, zoom

После чего, нужно будет сравнить сколько это будет по нашему времени и создать ивент в календаре
